Repair and Service
ASIC Repair
We currently have repair capability for All Antminer models with the exception of the Hydro and jPro+ 117 / 120Th models. All repairs come with a 30 Day warranty. Customer is responsible for shipping expenses. Our turnaround time for repairs is 30 days or less from receipt of the unit. We recommend shipping the entire unit for troubleshooting, but do accept individual hashboards. Repairs not requiring Hashboard removal will be charged a reduced rate of $75 plus parts.
Prices include replacement of up to 5 components and light cleaning of board. If the faulty hashboard is excessively dirty, customer will have the option to have the board cleaned in our ultrasonic cleaner for an additional $75 per board.
We do offer bulk pricing for orders over 10 units and facilities with more than 25 machines. For bulk orders, we can also repair other units such as Whatsminer. Please contact us with details on the type and number of machines for a custom quote.
Complete Overhaul
We specialize in overhauling machines that have come out of immersion and will be going to an air cooled facility. Our team has handled hundred of these units with excellent results. The service includes ultrasonic cleaning of all 3 hashboards, fresh thermal paste application, cleaning of fans and finger gaurds, and replacement of hashboard cables if unit was immersed. This service is also great for air cooled units that have been in service for 24 months or more. Machines come with a 60 day warranty following overhaul. For bulk orders, we can offer better terms and reduced repair rates. In some instances we can even provide loaner units as well. Please contact us for a quote.
ASIC Optimization
We will optimize your ASICs to get the best possible performance. Prior to starting, we will provide you with a breakdown of the expected ROI for the service. Typical efficiency gain is between 8 and 15% from stock specifications. We use a combination of aftermarket firmware and hardware changes to achieve greater efficiency. Pricing for our optimization service does not include travel and lodging for our technician. Travel and Lodging is $750 for facilities less than 250 miles from our office and $1500 for all others.

On Site ASIC Repairs
The work performed at this rate is at discretion of the customer. Although typically used by farms that have a large percentage of ASICs not hashing, the technician can be available to setup new equipment or reconfigure an existing facility. This service does not include any board level repairs. Travel and Lodging is $750 for facilities less than 250 miles from our office and $1500 for all others.
